Here at Gilley's Gallery, we appreciate not only Louisiana's artistic culture but its culinary flair, which is why we are proud to have sponsored this year's Country Roads' 2015 Small Town Chefs Awards. The Awards aim to honor the state's small-town chefs who cook for a living and aren't afraid to add their own personal touch to each of their creations. This year's winners displayed their talents at a tasting showcase, which was held at the Louisiana Culinary Institute with all proceeds benefiting the LCI Foundation. Gilley's Gallery created and presented the awards to the winners at the June 25 event. Congratulations to the winning chefs and thanks to Country Roads Magazine for such a spectacular event!
